5/16-Joe Alford   Joe Alford, 75, of Windsor, Missouri, died Tuesday morning, May 15, 2012, at the Bothwell Regional Hospital, Sedalia, Mo.   He was born January 12, 1937, in Scott County, near Forkville, Mississippi, the son of Bob Alford and Birdie (Harvey) Alford.
