MEDICAL EDGE WEEKEND RADIO produced by the Mayo Clinic can now be heard in West Central Missouri every Saturday morning at 10am on KDKD AM 1280.

Medical Edge Weekend is a weekly one-hour radio program comprised of "up to date" health and medical information.  Produced by the world recognized Mayo Clinic, the show utilizes leading medical experts from the Mayo Clinic staff through an "interview style" format.  Each week a specific medical condition is discussed in depth.  In addition, there is a Q & A segment of the program which answers questions from listeners about the weekly topic.
