Staff at Clinton Christian Academy (CCA) are once again benefiting from a scholarship initiative designed to support employees who are also parents of CCA students. Automotive Reinsurance Concepts (ARC), through its charitable division ARC Cares, has entered the second year of its ARC Cares Scholarship program, awarding $12,500 to help offset tuition costs for staff members’ children.
Now underway for the 2026-2027 school year, the program was created to recognize and support the CCA community, both teachers and staff, who balance their work at the school with the responsibilities of raising their own families. In its second year, eligibility was broadened beyond teachers to include CCA staff more broadly, and the scholarship continues to provide tuition assistance to both part-time and full-time employees who have children enrolled at the school.
“We’re proud to partner with Clinton Christian Academy,” said Justin Osburn, ARC’s CEO. “ARC is a premium brand, which I feel aligns with CCA’s premium education. We continue to be in full support of the teachers making tremendous sacrifices to lead and guide the young minds and future leaders of Clinton.”
For its second year, scholarships were awarded to five CCA staff members: Melanie Dehn, Sarah Jones, Ashlee Henny, Jackie McClure, and Audra Schumpert. The ceremonial check was presented at the school on Wednesday, August 26, with CCA Administrator Robin Ritchie and Paul Howerton, ARC’s Chief of Staff, on hand for the presentation.
This year’s $12,500 donation, up from $10,000 in the program’s inaugural year, will cover the equivalent tuition costs for five students and provide direct assistance to the winning staff members. Full-time recipients receive awards in addition to CCA’s standard tuition discount, while part-time staff, who do not receive tuition discounts, are also eligible.
Applications are submitted directly to ARC through its website and reviewed independently by the company to ensure fairness and alignment with its mission. Selection is made without input from CCA leadership. Each scholarship is awarded for one year, with renewal opportunities if budgetary capacity allows.
ARC and CCA leaders continue to highlight scholarship recipients each year with photos, announcements, and recognition events. ARC will also encourage its clients and partners to contribute to the fund, ensuring that 100% of donated money directly supports CCA staff and their families.
“This program is not just about financial support,” said CCA Administrator Robin Ritchie. “It’s about strengthening our school community, encouraging our staff, and ultimately investing in the future of Christian education.”
With its second year underway, the ARC Cares Scholarship program continues to build a lasting partnership between ARC and Clinton Christian Academy, serving as a growing model for sustainable, values-driven philanthropy.
