Henry County Sheriff’s Office Weekly Arrest and Incident Report
Dates: September 25, 2026, through October 1, 2026
Sheriff Aaron N. Brown reports the following arrests and incidents for the week:
September 26, 2026 – Stealing:
Deputy Hysom conducted a follow-up investigation at the Henry County Sheriff’s Office regarding a stealing incident that occurred in the Deepwater area. The investigation resulted in the arrest of Amanda Loeffler, age 42, of Clinton, for Stealing. Loeffler allegedly stole a jar of change from a residence.
September 30, 2026 – Warrant:
Sergeant Brandt conducted a warrant service in the rural Deepwater area that resulted in the arrest of Shawna Brzuchalski, age 45, of Clinton, on a Clinton Police Department warrant for Assault.
All individuals arrested are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law. The above arrests are allegations at this time.
