
Henry County Sheriff’s Office Weekly Arrest and Incident Report
Dates: February 13, 2026 through February 19, 2026
Sheriff Aaron N. Brown reports the following arrests and incidents for the week:
- February 13, 2026 – Warrant:
Deputy Saulters and Clinton PD officers conducted a warrant service in the Clinton area that resulted in the arrest of James Landis, age 36, of Deepwater on two Henry County warrants for stealing, possession of a controlled substance, and aggravated fleeing a stop/resisting arrest. - February 15, 2026 – Warrant:
Deputy Hysom conducted a warrant service in the Calhoun area that resulted in the arrest of Thomas Winston, age 55, of Calhoun on a Henry County warrant for speeding. - February 17, 2026 – Warrant:
Deputy Saulters arrested Robert Vanblaricon, age 37, of Holden at the courthouse on a Henry County warrant for tampering with a motor vehicle in the 1st degree. - February 17, 2026 – Warrant:
Deputy Saulters arrested Gary Bellinger, age 23, of Clinton at the courthouse on a Henry County warrant for sexual misconduct with a child under the age of 15. - February 17, 2026 – Warrant:
Deputy Saulters arrested Lisa Antwiler, age 41, of Chilhowee at the courthouse on a Henry County warrant for possession of a controlled substance. - February 17, 2026 – Driving While Suspended/Revoked:
Sheriff Brown conducted a traffic stop in the rural Windsor area that resulted in the arrest of Marvin Barron, age 39, of Chilhowee for driving while suspended/revoked (2nd or 3rd offense). - February 18, 2026 – Warrant:
Sheriff Brown, Captain Bilbruck, and Master Sergeant Logan conducted a warrant service in the rural Tightwad area that resulted in the arrest of Charles Terry, age 56, of Appleton City on Henry County felony warrants for a parole violation, possession of a controlled substance, and driving while suspended/revoked (x2). - February 19, 2026 – Warrant:
Master Sergeant Logan and Detective Landis conducted a warrant service in the Clinton area that resulted in the arrest of Robert Walker, age 56, of Clinton on a Henry County probation violation warrant. - February 19, 2026 – Fail to Register as a Sex Offender:
Lieutenant Kubilus and Detective Baker conducted a sex offender compliance check at the Sheriff’s Office that resulted in the arrest of Robert Hawkins, age 61, of Deepwater for failing to register as a sex offender. - February 19, 2026 – Fail to Register as a Sex Offender:
Lieutenant Kubilus and Detective Baker conducted a sex offender compliance check at the Sheriff’s Office that resulted in the arrest of Anthony Vansel, age 45, of Montrose for failing to register as a sex offender.
The Henry County Sheriff’s Office conducted proactive policing patrols on February 19, 2026, with participation from administrative staff and detectives. These coordinated enforcement efforts take place monthly or more often and are designed to enhance visibility, accountability, and community safety across the county.
During these patrols, deputies conducted multiple sex offender compliance checks, focused hot-spots, and follow-up investigations, these efforts resulted in the recovery of a stolen vehicle, several arrests, and additional investigations. Arrest details related to this activity are reflected in the accompanying report.
All individuals arrested are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law. The above arrests are allegations at this time.
