Absentee voting for the November 3rd, General Election will be available in the Henry County Clerk’s Office, 1st floor of the Henry County Courthouse beginning Tuesday, September 22, 2020. Those persons properly registered to vote within the County of Henry who are unable to go to the polls on election day and wish to vote absentee, may do so from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Mondays through Fridays, and until 5:00 p.m. on Monday, November 2, 2020. The last day that absentee ballots can be mailed is Wednesday, October 21, 2020. The County Clerk’s Office will also be open Saturday, October 31, 2020 from 8:30 a.m. 12:30 p.m. for absentee voting.
As with all elections in Missouri, all voters are required to show identification at the polls, including absentee polls. Anyone having any questions regarding voter registration, absentee ballots and or elections are urged to call the Henry County Clerk’s/Voter Registration Offices at 660-885-7204, 7205 or 7206.
The last day to register to vote for the November 3, 2020 General Election will be Wednesday October 7, 2020. The Voter Registration Office is located on the first floor of the Henry County Courthouse. Any resident of Henry County that is 17 ½ years of age may register to vote by showing a valid Missouri Driver’s License or other proof of residency and identification. The Voter Registration Office is open from 8:30 a.m. until 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday and until 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday October 7, 2020.
