Substitute teaching is the perfect job for retired teachers, stay-at-home parents or college students.
The Clinton School District is now hiring substitute teachers.
There are currently two paths to receiving a substitute teaching certificate.
1). Complete 60 hours of college credit.
2). Complete 20 hours of online training. This pathway was recently approved by the the State Board of Education as an alternative to the previous requirement of 60 hours of college credit. This emergency rule will take effect on September 2.
