Five Clinton High School Students Participate in a Virtual Emerging Rural Leaders Program

Five Clinton High School students recently participated in a week-long virtual Emerging Rural Leaders program through the University of Chicago. Emerging Rural Leaders offers two summer programs to top freshmen and juniors from rural and small-town high schools. Through this program, students participate in a variety of activities to expand upon their leadership potential.
Funding for this program was generously provided by the Trott Family Foundation. Mr. Trott (rootEd Alliance), Mr. Steward, and Mr. and Mrs. Ayers (Ayers Foundation) have given the Clinton School District opportunities that will continue to grow, educate and support our students as they identify their possibilities, chase their dreams, and meet their goals to attain success.
Help us congratulate Kaydith Maddox, Eleanor McMillan, Ava Potter, Mikalah Scott, and Briley Wishard on this amazing opportunity.
