RECOGNIZING EXCELLENCE
Developing a culture of excellence is a priority in the Clinton School District. When these high levels of achievement and expectations are attained, it’s important for us to recognize it.
At Monday evening’s Board of Education meeting, the district recognized several outstanding individuals.
Clinton Early Childhood Center students, Chase Trahan, Blaine Loman, Brooks Wareham, Mason McNeely, Karter Vargas, Hallie LaRue, Clark Woirhaye, and Addalynn Wilson (not pictured), were recognized for being great examples of what it means to be an outstanding student, friend, and Clinton Cardinal.
The district also took one last opportunity to recognize its End of the Year Award recipients.
Educator the Year, Casey Taylor, received a monetary award from the Education Foundation for Clinton Students, Inc. Presenting this award were Foundation board members, Dan Wallace and Carla Moberly.
Cardinal Rising Star, Hannah Nepple, and Support Staff Employee of the Year, Kim Greer, both accepted a generous donation from the Wetzel family. Presenting this award on behalf of the Wetzel family were Dan Wallace and Carla Moberly.
The district recognized El Camino as this year’s Friend of Education recipient. This award is presented to a business, organization, or individual that goes above and beyond in supporting the district’s efforts with their time, talent and treasure. El Camino has supported the district for many years. Their support and donations make it possible to appreciate our students and staff in ways we would not be able to without them.
