On Friday, June 21st at about 1:10 pm, crash occurred as vehicle 1, driven by Carl Oliver of Kansas City, failed to stop at a stop sign and entered the path of vehicle 2, operated by James D Hinkle of Clinton. Vehicle 1 then struck vehicle 2. After impact, vehicle 2 traveled off the left side of the roadway, striking a ditch and several trees before coming to a rest. The accident occurred in Cass County at SB MO 291 AT Hubach Hill RD. Hinkle was transported to Belton Regional Hospital with minor injuries.
