RYAN C MEDLOCK, 23, of Garden City, was involved in a crash when his motorcycle struck a pothole, ejecting the driver. Medlock was transported to Cass County Regional Medical Center, in serious condition. After being released from the hospital, Medlock was arrested by Highway Patrol for driving while intoxicated and driving while suspended or revoked.
