On Sunday, July 28th, at about 1:41 pm in Pettis county, Missouri State Highway Patrol arrested Ryan C Kruse,25, of Windsor. Kruse was charged with felony possession of a controlled substance and driving while suspended. Kruse was booked at the Pettis county jail and released.
Missouri Highway Patrol Accident reports that Robert J McCubbin,41, of Creighton Crashed his motorcycle on Sunday Morning at about 9:30. The crash occurred as McCubbin was southbound on Route RA, he struck a raccoon and overturned, ejecting McCubbin. McCubbin was transported to Belton Regional Medical Center in Serious condition.
