On Tuesday evening, July 30th, at about 6:30 pm, a vehicle driven by Matthew T. Ribby, 35, of Clinton ran off the right side of the road at Route W just north of SE 500TH Rd. The vehicle then struck a culvert, an embankment and a tree. Ribby was taken to Golden Valley Hospital in moderate condition. A passenger, Allona J. Hawkins, 40, of Clinton was taken to Research Hospital in serious condition. Matthew T Ribby was arrested by the Missouri Highway Patrol for Driving while intoxicated and Faailure to maintain the right half of the road.
