A 16 year old Juvenile from Urich involved in a motor vehicle accident on Wednesday, August 31st, at 7:30 pm in Bates county. The young man was traveling westbound on MO-18 east of State route OO when he ran off the right side of the road and struck a culvert. The driver was wearing a seatbelt at the time of the incident. Missouri Highway Patrol responded to the accident and the youngster was transported to Golden Valley Memorial Hospital with minor injuries.
