On Sunday, August 11th at 7:20 am in St Clair County, Missouri Highway Patrol arrested Jessica A Harrison,37, of Butler. Harrison was charged with driving while intoxicated, failure to drive on the right half of the roadway and leaving the scene of an accident. Harrison was taken to the St Clair County Jail where she was booked and released.
