The Missouri Democrats of Henry County had their re-organizational meeting
Thursday night at 7 PM at the Clinton rotary building.
Approximately 40 Democrats attended electing their central committee followed
by club elections. Greg GrigsbyV Vice Chair and Chair Barb Davis with the 4th
Congressional district attended to assist in the reorganization effort.
The statutes relating to committee re-organization were outlined as well as the
Constitutional bylaws of the Missouri Democratic Party.
The the committee was chosen by vote and acclamation and is prepared to do the
work needed to ensure the democratic voice is heard.
The Missouri Democrats of Henry County Club elected their club officers as well.
New officers; President Susan Jones Hard. Treasurer Greg Hard, Vice-President,
Jim, Cox, and Secretary Sandi Cox.
The next meeting is scheduled for the third Thursday of September.
