On Saturday, August 24th, at 11:54 pm the Missouri State Highway Patrol arrested Laura L Joiner, 32, of Holden, Mo in Johnson County for 1. Felony Possession of a Controlled Substance, Unlawful Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, No Valid License, Failure to Register a Motor Vehicle, Display the Plates of another and Failure to Maintain Right Lane. Joiner was booked and released at the Warrensburg Jail.
On Sunday, August 25th at 4:49 pm the Missouri State Highway Patrol arrested Randy G Higgs,42, of Lowry City in Henry County for Felony Warrant for St Clair County, No Seat Belt and Speeding. Higgs was taken to the Henry County Jail.
