Nelson Norris Ruff, 83, passed away on Wednesday, September 25th, 2024 at Kansas City Hospice House surrounded by his family. A Celebration of Life will be held at Tanners Grille at Red Bridge Shopping Center (Red Bridge Road and Holmes Road) on Tuesday, October 8th, 2024 from 2-4pm.
