Robert Dale Noel, age 79, passed away on Wednesday, November 6, 2024 at his home in Clinton, Missouri surrounded by his family. Robert’s wishes were to be cremated. Inurnment will take place in the Missouri Veterans Cemetery in Higginsville, Missouri at a later date. Arrangements have been entrusted to Vansant-Mills Funeral Home in Clinton, Missouri.
