The annual meeting of members of the Clinton Rural Fire Protection Inc. will be held on Tuesday, November 26, 2024, at 7:00 p.m., at the Rotary Building located at 200 West Franklin St. in Clinton.

6. Approval of Dues structure for 2025, Board recommends no dues increase.
7. Election of 3 Board Members to 3-year terms, one position is presently open
8. Election of Officer’s for 2024 Board
The proceedings shall be governed by Robert’s Rules of Order, except as otherwise provided for in the by-laws of the corporation.
