Sheriff Aaron N. Brown reports the following arrests and incidents for the week:
November 15, 2024 – Warrant Arrest: Lt. Kubilus conducted a follow up at the Henry County Sheriff’s Office and arrested David Cooley, age 55, of Windsor, on a Henry County felony warrant for Stalking 1st degree, Armed Criminal Action, harassment 2nd degree and unlawful use of a weapon.
November 18, 2024 – Warrant Arrest: Lt. Kubilus, Sgt. Logan, Deputy Wyatt and members of the Missouri State Highway Patrol executed a search warrant in the 400 block of SE U Highway. Brett Ripley, age 42, of Clinton, was arrested on a Henry County warrant for Driving while suspended (class D Misdemeanor) and a Cass County warrant for possession of a controlled substance (class D Felony).
Note: All individuals arrested are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law. The above arrests are only allegations at this time.

The Jail Administrator reports 73 male and 12 female inmates being held at the Henry County Detention Center.

Fewell Wildlife, Clintion Airport, Deepwater Bluff, Finey Boat Ramp, KCP&L/Montrose, Ladue Bottoms, MFA/Anhydrous, Montrose Lake, Mullin Cemetery, Party Pit, Poague Wildlife, Sky Village, SO. French Bridge, Tightwad Ramp, Urich Wildlife, and Whitaker Lake.
