“The National Weather Service confirmed that a weak tornado touched down near Warsaw on Saturday. Surveyors with the National Weather Service in Springfield said the EF-0 tornado had peak winds of up to 80 mph and hit just after 3:40 p.m. It ripped through more than a mile of land and a 75-yard path for five minutes. The tornado damaged an outbuilding and trees. There were no reported injuries. The storm also dumped a lot of hail on the area.”
Before the survey, they believed it was rising air and non-tornadic scud clouds via pics/videos but after the survey they concluded there WAS a week circulation! This proves that any time of year we must stay weather aware! Radar never picked up this circulation.
