On December 17, 2024, the Henry County Sheriff’s Office, in coordination with the Pettis County Sheriff’s Office and the Mid-Missouri Drug Task Force, executed a search warrant at a residence in the 300 block of S. Commercial Street in Windsor. The operation resulted in the seizure of methamphetamine, drug paraphernalia, cash, and electronics. Additionally, a child endangerment investigation has been initiated due to the presence of two infant children in the home at the time of the warrant’s execution.
Arrest and Charges
During the operation, deputies made contact with Kasandra R. Pulley, 29, of Windsor, along with two infant children. Pulley was taken into custody and faces multiple charges, including:
- Possession of a Controlled Substance (Methamphetamine)
- Possession of Drug Paraphernalia
- Child Endangerment
These charges reflect the serious nature of the crimes, and the danger posed to vulnerable children who were present in an environment containing illegal drugs and related paraphernalia.
Participating Henry County deputies included Captain Hills, Lieutenant Kubilus, Sergeant Brandt, Detective Stutzman, and Deputy Evans. The search warrant was the result of an ongoing investigation into suspected drug-related activity at the residence.
The children found at the scene have been placed in protective care while authorities continue their investigation. The welfare of the children remains a top priority for the Henry County Sheriff’s Office and the Department of Family Services.
