David Porter, age 72, passed away on Sunday, December 22, 2024 at his home in Clinton, Missouri. The family ask that you join us to celebrate his life well lived at 2:00 PM on Saturday, December 28, 2024 at the Vansant-Mills Chapel in Clinton with visitation from 1:00-2:00 PM prior to the service. And to really celebrate his life they ask that you wear jeans, a pocket tee, a flannel shirt, your favorite sports team gear, boots or Converse all-stars. And bring your favorite David Porter story to tell. Burial will take place at a later date. Memorial contributions can be made to the GVMH Hospice or the Truman Lake Youth Baseball Association and may be left in care of the funeral home. Arrangements have been entrusted to Vansant-Mills Funeral Home in Clinton, Missouri.
