Tami ReNee (Dennis) Gould was born February 16, 1968 in Windsor, Missouri. Daughter of Winston C. Dennis and Martha (Marty) Weide. Tami left this earthly home January 4, 2025 after her courageous battle with cancer.
Tami grew up in Clinton, MO, attended Clinton schools, and a graduate of “CHS class of 86.” As many teenagers at the time, Tami enjoyed cruising the square and spending time with friends. Tami enjoyed attending the annual Sertoma Chili Cook Off, going to garage sales and thrifting with her momma to find the best deals, and her sister’s weekends that she held very near and dear to her heart. Tami was an avid Kansas City Chiefs fan and attended as many games as she could over the years. She was selfless in raising monies for Landan’s LegOcy including the annual Gold Gala and the golf tournament, two events she held very dear to her heart. She treasured spending time with her family and friends and always referred to herself as “the family fixer.” Tami was the oldest child and wore the “bossy pants” title proudly as well.
Tami met the love of her life, Yoshiaki (Yosh) Gould and they wed on July 5, 2009 in Las Vegas, Nevada. They raised their two daughters, Kiaria(Kia) and Taryn, in Springfield, before moving to Clinton in 2022.
She is survived by her husband, Yosh; daughters Kia Gould and Taryn McCartney (Tyler); mother, Marty Webb (Jim); father, Winston Dennis (Karen); sisters Pamela Richardson (Kelly) and Tressie Bledsoe (Jeff); beloved nieces and nephews and many other family members that she loved dearly.
Tami is preceded in death by her nephew, Matthew; cousins Ronnie Lee and Marvey; brother-in-law, Thomas; and her beloved dog, Pierre.
A Celebration of Life will be from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m. Friday, January 10, 2025 at the Bradley & Hadley Funeral Home, Clinton. The family suggests donations be made in her name to GVMH Cancer Center and Golden Valley Hospice. Condolences may be left online at www.bradleyhadley.com.
Tami was so loved by her family and friends and will be forever and greatly missed by all of us.
