Janice Fay Moore

Janice Fay Moore, 70, of Windsor, Missouri, died Thursday morning, January 30, 2025, at her home near Windsor.

She was born January 18, 1955, in Harrisonville, Mo., the daughter of Samuel B. Bradley and Clara Fay (Hillsman) Bradley. On May 24, 1975, she married Howard Leroy Moore in El Dorado, Mo., and they were married almost 50 years.
She graduated from El Dorado High School and attended cosmetology school. After moving to the Windsor area, she worked at the International Shoe Factory and U.S. Safety in Windsor and Clearfield Cheese in Clinton. She was active Mom in the Calhoun High School Booster Club when her children were in school. She made fishing lures from home and loved sewing, taking pictures, and being outdoors. Gardening, canning, fishing and especially going camping with her family were her favorite activities. She was a beloved wife, mother, and grandmother and will be greatly missed.
In addition to her husband Howard, survivors include a son, Gary Leroy Moore (Amy Lynn), Calhoun, Mo.; a daughter, Jannifer Fay Potter (Kenneth Dewayne), Windsor, Mo.; 4 grandchildren, Wyatt Leroy Moore, Kaydie Lynn Moore, Jay Dewayne Potter, and Kody Dewayne Potter; 2 brothers, Sam Bradley (Phyllis) and Steve Bradley, both of El Dorado, Mo.; and many nephews, nieces, great-nephews, and great-nieces. She was preceded in death by her parents.
Funeral services will be 2:00 p.m. Monday, February 3, 2025, at the Bradley & Hadley Funeral Home, Clinton, with Christopher Moore officiating. Burial will be in the Calhoun Cemetery, Calhoun. The family will receive friends Sunday afternoon from 2:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. at the funeral home. Casket bearers will be Michael Madison, Harold Dump, Eric Potter, Jay Potter, Kody Potter, and Wyatt Moore.
