a. Price Lane Pavement Agreement: Recommend approval.
Resolution No. 02-2025 – A Resolution of the City Council of Clinton, Missouri approving an agreement between the City of Clinton (CITY) and CJW Transportation Consultants, LLC (CJW).
b. Maintenance Building: Completed.
c. Storm Preparation: Salt treatment will be applied today, 2/11.
3. Park & Rec:
a. Fundraising for Bark Park: Recommend the Friends of the Park be authorized to proceed with this project.
b. Floor Machine: 1999 machine is failing. Have obtained 3 quotes. Recommend accept low quote of $7,995.
c. Event Ticket Sales: Recommend proceed with ticket sales.
d. Ball Fields: Discussed the need for dialogue with Clinton School District regarding their project for new ball fields.
e. Aquatic Center Roof: Recommend proceed with soliciting bids for repair.
4. Waste Water:
a. Headworks Upgrade with Garver Update: Garver was on site to examine footprint for project and to get info on location of water line.
b. Rotors: Continual issues, and repairs are needed.

Unfinished Business:
a. Agreement with Insco Environmental, Inc.
Resolution No. 03-2025 – A Resolution of the City Council of Clinton, Missouri approving an agreement between the City of Clinton (CITY) and Insco Environmental, Inc. (INSCO).
New Business: None.
Closed Session: Pursuant to RSMo. 610.021 (12) Sealed bids and related documents, until the bids are opened; and sealed proposals and related documents or any documents related to a negotiated contract until a contract is executed, or all proposals are rejected.
