The Clinton Fire Department is proud to announce the promotion of Probationary Firefighter, Derek Johnson, to the position of Firefighter!
This promotion signifies that Firefighter Johnson has successfully completed the departments 6-month probationary firefighter training program. Furthermore, the promotion to Firefighter identifies Firefighter Johnson as possessing the basic knowledge to perform the duties of a firefighter at the CFD.
Firefighter Johnson will now enter into the departments 6-month driver/operator training program. This program provides training towards credentialing required to operate department fire apparatus.
Firefighter Johnson will continue to fulfill his new duties on C Shift where he is currently assigned. Please join us in congratulating Firefighter Johnson on the monumentous step in his career!
