Ned Alan Kramer, 65, of Windsor, Missouri, died late Friday evening, April 4, 2025, at Research Medical Center, Kansas City, Mo.
He was born May 9, 1959, in Murnau, Germany, the son of Otto Herman Kramer II and Vivian Eileen (Vorys) Kramer. He worked at Ohio State University in Columbus, Ohio, Interstate Studios in Sedalia, Mo., and Shelby’s gas station in Windsor. He enjoyed visiting with people and spending time gardening. He also enjoyed fishing and working on the computer.
Survivors include his life partner, Marie Clevenger, Windsor; two children, Ryan and Elizabeth; several grandchildren; five brothers and sisters, Cathy Crumply, Chris Kramer (Charlene), Rebekka Ramey (Doug), Patty Osborne (Dennis), and Mike Kramer; and numerous nephews, nieces, great-nephews, and great-nieces. He was preceded in death by a daughter, Diana; two sisters, Candace Anderson and Denise (Stokes) Smith; and a brother, Otto Kramer III.
