Reggie Ballard, age 79, passed away on Saturday, April 12, 2025 at Golden Valley Memorial Hospital in Clinton, Missouri. A Celebration of Life service will be held at 2:00 PM at the Windsor Assembly of God Church in Windsor, Missouri on Friday, April 18, 2025 with visitation from 1:00-2:00 PM prior to the service. Arrangements have been entrusted to Vansant-Mills Funeral Home in Clinton, Missouri.
