Approval of Previous Board Minutes: Rachel Boyles made the motion and Linda Martin made the second.
Aquatic Center Update: Nicole reported 5 lifeguards were Water Safety Certified to teach swim lessons. The new chair lift is being installed in the therapy pool. $13k for the project. GVMH is partnering with us to help pay for it.
Clinton Friends of the Parks Update: Received $5k from the Tony Komer Foundation for a Park Beautification project. No expenses, balance is $13,699.42. Will be starting a fundraising campaign to improve and expand the Bark Park, looking at about $20k.
Facilities Update: Soccer field prep underway, getting lines painted, cleaning up the ball fields. Carpet for the Community Center has been ordered. Chairlift being installed. Setting the roof specs for repairs on the roof at the Aquatic Center. Benson Center is booked almost every weekend now through the middle of May. Looking at options for fix the Disc Golf course at the Roger’s street entrance.
Program Update: Classes- Body & Soul, Stretch and Flow, Zumba & Taekwondo. Spring soccer teams U6-12 teams 91 participants, U8-10 team 88 participants, U10-8 teams 80 participants, U13-6 teams 71 participants. Total 36 teams with 330 participants. Last weekends Nets tournament had 64 teams participating.

New Business: We are looking at putting a committee together for Wagoner East.
