The Henry County Commission will hold a public meeting on Wednesday, May 14 at 10:00 AM at the usual Commissioners’ Meeting Room to discuss the recent fly-ash test results.
Representatives from Evergy, the Missouri Department of Natural Resources (DNR), the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), and others will be in attendance.
This meeting is open to the public and will also be recorded and posted as usual.
Your awareness and attention is welcome as we address this important community issue, but please note that due to the nature of the meeting there will not be time allocated for public input. This is primarily a meeting for the County to hear from these entities.
