The Clinton Police Department has released its latest arrest report detailing 22 arrests made between May 1 and May 20, 2025. The charges range from shoplifting and trespassing to domestic assault and driving while intoxicated.
Most Recent Arrests:

Kyle Cosgrove, 54, was arrested on May 20 for shoplifting.

Jerry Perry, 55, was arrested May 19 for violating Clinton’s noise ordinance.

Emmett Folsom, 21, was taken into custody on May 18 on an active warrant.

Deanna Pettit, 40, was arrested May 17 for trespassing.

Melinda Talbot, 51, and Thomas West, 30, were both arrested May 15 on separate warrants.
Multiple Assault Cases:

Breanna Winskowski, 25, was charged with assault and property damage on May 13.

Frederick Griffitt, 34, faces charges for third-degree domestic assault and fourth-degree assault following his May 11 arrest.
