
The Missouri Public Service Commission (PSC) has issued an intervention deadline of June 24, 2025, for requests from Evergy Metro, Inc. d/b/a Evergy Missouri Metro and Evergy Missouri West, Inc. d/b/a Evergy Missouri West to adjust charges for the companies’ approved Demand Side Investment Mechanism (DSIM) Rider.
On June 2, 2025, Evergy Missouri Metro and Evergy Missouri West filed revised tariff sheets to adjust charges related to approved DSIM Riders for each service area. The tariff sheets bear an effective date of August 1, 2025.
The Commission also ordered PSC Staff to file recommendations in the cases no later than July 2,2025. Under Commission rules, the PSC Staff is required to examine and analyze the information filed by Evergy Missouri Metro and Evergy Missouri West, and submit recommendations no later than 30 days from the date of the filing.
Applications to intervene and participate in these cases must be filed no later than June 24, 2025, with the Secretary of the Missouri Public Service Commission, P.O. Box 360, Jefferson City, Mo. 65102-0360, or by using the Commission’s Electronic Filing and Information System (EFIS) at psc.mo.gov.
