Sheriff Aaron Brown has released the Henry County Sheriff’s Office weekly arrest and incident report for the period of June 6 through June 12, 2025.
Drug Paraphernalia and Warrant Arrest – June 6
A traffic stop in rural Clinton conducted by Sheriff Brown led to the arrest of Elizabeth Ragle, 47, of Clinton. Ragle was taken into custody for possession of drug paraphernalia and an outstanding Henry County warrant for possession of a controlled substance.
Burglary and Assault – June 10
In the Windsor area, Deputy Murphy arrested Tasha Green, 44, of Windsor, during a follow-up investigation. Green was placed on a 24-hour investigative hold for first-degree burglary and third-degree assault. She is suspected of unlawfully entering a residence and physically assaulting the homeowner.
Felony Warrant Arrest – June 11
Sheriff Brown and Captain Michael Bilbruck conducted a traffic stop in rural Calhoun, resulting in the arrest of Timothy Barrett, 37, of Sedalia. Barrett was taken into custody on a Johnson County felony warrant for possession of a controlled substance.
Domestic Assault – June 12
In Montrose, Sergeant Baker, Deputy Moree, and Deputy Saulters arrested Thomas Morgan, 40, following a domestic violence investigation. Morgan is suspected of pushing a family member to the ground and was placed on a 24-hour investigative hold for third-degree domestic assault.
Inmate Count
As of June 12, the Henry County Jail housed 78 male inmates and 26 female inmates, for a total of 104 inmates.
Deputy Presence Report
Throughout the week, deputies were active in several towns and areas across Henry County, including Blairstown, Deepwater, Montrose, Urich, Windsor, and the Tightwad Ramp, among others.
All individuals listed in the report are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
