On July 6, officers arrested Kenneth Robbins, 60, on two felony stealing charges. Robbins is accused of theft involving an animal from a yard and a separate incident involving property valued at over $750 from a building.

Also on July 6, Kendra Simpson, 31, was arrested and charged with domestic assault in the third degree, a felony offense.

Joshua Phillips, 25, was arrested on July 5 on an outstanding warrant. Details of the warrant were not released in the summary.

James Dodson, 31, was taken into custody on July 4 for leaving the scene of an accident involving property damage exceeding $1,000—a felony hit-and-run charge.

On the same day, Justin Swofford, 41, was arrested on warrant.
