Henry County Sheriff’s Office Weekly Arrest and Incident Report

Dates: August 15, 2025 – August 21, 2025

Sheriff Aaron Brown reports the following arrests and incidents for the week:

  • August 15, 2025 – Agency Assist:
    Deputy Moree conducted an agency assist in the Deepwater area that resulted in the arrest of Colt Reo, age 33, for burglary. Custody of Reo was transferred to St. Clair County deputies without incident.
  • August 17, 2025 – Driving Under the Influence:
    Deputy Hinkle conducted a traffic stop in the Windsor area that resulted in the arrest of Robert Jones, age 38, of Tennessee, for driving while intoxicated and exceeding the posted speed limit.
  • August 17, 2025 – Stealing and Trespassing:
    Deputy Chaney conducted a follow-up in the Windsor area that resulted in the arrest of David Houk, age 56, of Windsor, for stealing and trespassing.
  • August 18, 2025 – Warrant:
    Deputy Saulters arrested Michael Trogdon, age 49, of Kansas, at the courthouse on a Jackson County felony warrant for fleeing and two Cass County warrants for larceny.
  • August 18, 2025 – Assault and Harassment:
    Deputy Douglas conducted a follow-up investigation in rural Windsor that resulted in the arrest of Daylnn White, age 20, of Windsor, for assault in the 3rd degree and harassment.
  • August 19, 2025 – Warrant:
    Deputy McQueen conducted a follow-up investigation in the Windsor area that resulted in the arrest of William Cain, age 28, of Windsor, on two Cass County warrants for traffic offenses.
  • August 19, 2025 – Warrant:
    Sheriff Brown, Detective Landes, Deputy Stevens, and Deputy Douglas conducted a follow-up death investigation in Windsor and arrested Trisha Thiele, age 34, of Windsor, on a Henry County felony warrant for endangering the welfare of a child resulting in death. This case stems from an incident in which a child tragically passed away due to heat exposure after entering and remaining inside a vehicle for an extended period of time.
  • August 19, 2025 – Warrant:
    Detective Landes, Deputy Stevens, and Deputy England conducted a follow-up investigation in rural Clinton that resulted in the arrest of Timber Albin on a Henry County felony parole violation warrant.
  • August 21, 2025 – Tampering With a Judicial Officer:
    Detective Landes conducted a follow-up investigation in rural Clinton that resulted in the arrest of Thomas Dickerson, age 39, of Clinton, on a 24-hour investigative hold for tampering with a judicial officer.
  • August 21, 2025 – Warrant:
    Sergeant Brandt and Deputy Harms conducted a follow-up investigation in rural Clinton and arrested Curtis Leiber, age 41, of Clinton, on a no-bond Cass County warrant.
  • August 22, 2025 – Warrant:
    Sheriff Brown, Detective Stutzman, and Detective Landes conducted a follow-up investigation in rural Deepwater and arrested Dean Refenacht, age 71, of Deepwater, on two Henry County felony warrants for probation violations.

All individuals arrested are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law. The above arrests are allegations at this time.
