The Henry County Health Center (HCHC) is asking residents to take part in its annual Needs Assessment Survey to help identify the most important health and service priorities in the community.
The survey is a valuable tool that allows HCHC to hear directly from county residents about their concerns, needs, and ideas for improving services. Responses will guide planning and programs aimed at better serving the people of Henry County.
To encourage participation, those who complete the survey and provide their name and contact information will be entered into a drawing for a gift card. Winners will be contacted by phone and asked to pick up their prize at the Health Center.
