Henry County Sheriff’s Office Weekly Arrest and Incident Report
Dates: August 29, 2025 – September 04, 2025

Sheriff Aaron Brown reports the following arrests and incidents for the week:

  • August 29, 2025 – Failure to Register as a Sex Offender:
    Deputy Douglas, Deputy Harms, Deputy Stevens, and Deputy Wyatt conducted an investigation involving a registered sex offender working for the carnival and operating rides. Donald Pittman, age 44, of Windsor, was arrested on a 24-hour investigative hold for failing to register as a sex offender.
  • August 30, 2025 – Possession of a Controlled Substance:
    Sergeant Brandt conducted a traffic stop in the Windsor area that resulted in the arrest of Kimberly Vickers, age 50, of Calhoun, on a Henry County warrant for traffic offenses and two counts of possession of a controlled substance.
  • August 30, 2025 – Driving While Suspended:
    Deputy McQueen conducted a traffic stop in the Windsor area that resulted in the arrest of Morgen Agesen, age 27, of Kansas, for driving while suspended/revoked.
  • September 02, 2025 – Warrant:
    Deputy Douglas, Deputy Stevens, and Detective Landes conducted a warrant service in the Windsor area. David Houk, age 56, of Windsor, was arrested on a Henry County felony no-bond probation warrant and for possession of a controlled substance, tampering with evidence, resisting arrest, and possession of a controlled substance in jail.
  • September 04, 2025 – Warrant:
    Deputy Saulters arrested Patrick Strawn, age 29, of Deepwater, at the courthouse for a no-bond Henry County warrant for domestic assault – 3rd degree.
  • September 04, 2025 – Warrant:
    Deputy Saulters arrested Jamie Waibel, age 53, of Windsor, at the courthouse for a Henry County no-bond warrant for possession of a controlled substance.
  • September 04, 2025 – Warrant:
    Sergeant Brandt, Deputy Chaney, Detective Landes, Deputy Hinkle, and Deputy Wyatt responded to a physical domestic disturbance in progress. Edward Long, age 52, of Windsor, was arrested on two Cass County warrants for traffic violations.
  • September 04, 2025 – Warrant:
    Sergeant Richardson arrested Seth Meads, age 33, of Windsor, at the courthouse for a Henry County no-bond warrant for stealing.
  • September 04, 2025 – Warrant:
    Deputy Romi arrested Robert Modrall, age 45, of Independence, on a Henry County no-bond warrant for possession of a controlled substance.

All individuals arrested are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law. The above arrests are allegations at this time.
