George Henry Peek, 62, of Windsor, Missouri, died Tuesday evening, September 3, 2025, at Pleasant Hill Health & Rehabilitation in Pleasant Hill, Mo.
He was born May 30, 1963, in Windsor, Mo., the son of Jesse James Peek and Kathryn Juanita (Clark) Peek. George loved is hometown of Windsor. He enjoyed working at the Windsor Livestock Auction which gave him an opportunity to visit with farmers and friends. He worked as a farm hand for several area farmers and for Tyson. He like to play cards and go fishing and hunting.
Survivors include 4 sisters, Alice Brown, Kansas City, Mo., Annie Mizer, Blue Springs, Mo., Becky Simpson, Sedalia, Mo., and Nancy Moon (Rick), Sedalia, Mo.; an aunt, Virginia Moon, Windsor, Mo.; 2 uncles, Ray Young, Windsor, Mo., and Edward Young, Sedalia, Mo.; and several nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews, and cousins. He was preceded in death by his parents, Jesse Peek and Kathryn Yount; a brother, Jesse Brown; and several aunts and uncles.
Burial will take place 10:00 a.m., Saturday, September 13, 2025, at the Union-Williams Cemetery, Cole Camp, Mo. A celebration of life will also be held on Saturday, at 2:00 p.m. at the Windsor Farrington Park.
