Henry County Library Launches Food 4 Fines Drive to Support Local Pantries Oct. 1–Nov. 30

The Henry County Library in Clinton and Lenora Blackmore Branch in Windsor will be holding a Food 4 Fines drive to benefit the Clinton Samaritan Center and Windsor Food Pantry from October 1st – November 30th. Donating a total of 4 canned or non-perishable food items will provide a maximum account credit of $10.00 (or $2.50 each) toward library overdue fines. (Limited restrictions may apply dependent on the type of balance owed.)

The Clinton Samaritan Center is specifically in need of soup and personal hygiene products. Any donations of hygiene products will follow the same guidelines as pantry items.

The Windsor Food Pantry needs any and all canned and non-perishable food items.

Drop off hours:
Henry County Library = 8:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m. Mon. – Fri. and 8:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m. Sat.
Lenora Blackmore Branch = 10:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. Mon. – Fri. and 9:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. Sat.
