Sheriff Aaron Brown reports the following arrests and incidents for the week:
- October 03, 2025 – Driving While Suspended/Revoked:
Deputy England conducted a traffic stop in the Clinton area that resulted in the arrest of Terry Mikov, age 29, of Clinton, for driving while suspended/revoked 1st offense. - October 03, 2025 – Driving Without a License:
Deputy Murphy conducted a traffic stop in the rural Urich area that resulted in the arrest of Michael Carman, age 62, of Archie, for driving without a license. - October 03, 2025 – Harassment:
Deputy McQueen responded to a neighbor dispute in the Windsor area that resulted in the arrest of Daniel Martin, age 34, of Windsor, for harassment. - October 05, 2025 – Warrant:
Deputy Stevens conducted a traffic stop in the rural Clinton area that resulted in the arrest of Macy Bloom, age 24, of Creighton, on a Henry County traffic violation warrant. - October 06, 2025 – Driving While Suspended/Revoked (2nd or 3rd Offense):
Sergeant Richardson conducted a traffic stop in the rural Clinton area that resulted in the arrest of Francisco Rangel, age 28, of Nashville, TN, for driving while suspended/revoked 2nd or 3rd offense. - October 06, 2025 – Warrant:
Sergeant Richardson conducted a traffic stop in the rural Clinton area that resulted in the arrest of Cody Maurer, age 39, of Clinton, on a Henry County warrant for failing to check a deer. - October 07, 2025 – Driving While Suspended/Revoked:
Deputy Saulters conducted a traffic stop in the Clinton area that resulted in the arrest of Langston Allen, age 33, of Springfield, for driving while suspended/revoked. - October 08, 2025 – Warrant:
Sergeant Logan, Deputy Murphy, and Deputy Evans conducted a warrant service in the Windsor area that resulted in the arrest of Daegan Hicks, age 19, of Windsor, on a Pettis County felony warrant for Homicide – Negligent – Vehicle Involuntary Manslaughter. - October 08, 2025 – Warrant:
Captain Bilbruck, Lieutenant Kubilus, Detective Stutzman, and Detective Baker conducted a follow-up death investigation in the rural Clinton area. Amber Short, age 43, of Calhoun, was arrested on a Pettis County warrant for failure to appear on a driving while suspended charge. - October 09, 2025 – Domestic Assault 3rd Degree:
Corporal Douglas conducted a follow-up domestic assault interview at the Sheriff’s Office that resulted in the arrest of Leroy Hannah, age 39, of Garden City, for domestic assault 3rd degree. - October 09, 2025 – Warrant:
Lieutenant Kubilus, Detective Baker, Deputy Evans, and Deputy Murphy responded to the call of a suicidal subject. Amanda Miller, age 39, of Windsor, was arrested on two Pettis County failure-to-appear traffic warrants.
All individuals arrested are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law. The above arrests are allegations at this time.
