The Clinton Board of Adjustment will meet Monday, November 3, 2025, at 6:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers at Clinton City Hall, 105 E. Ohio Street.
The meeting will begin with the election of a Chairperson and Acting Chairperson before moving into a scheduled public hearing. The Board will review an application submitted by Matt Lowe for a property located at 401 N. Vansant Road. Lowe is requesting a variance to allow the installation of a front-yard fence exceeding four feet in height and the construction of a pond on the property.
Following the public hearing, the Board will conduct its regular business session, including roll call, approval of minutes from the previous meeting held July 25, 2022, and discussion of the variance request.
Members of the Board of Adjustment include Larry Dawson, David Mills, Bruce Dewsberry, Wes Hilton, and Amy McFarland.
The meeting is open to the public, and residents are invited to attend or provide input during the hearing.
