The Whiteman Air Force Base Community Council (BCC) will host its 8th Annual Bomber Ball Benefit Auction on Friday, October 17, 2025, beginning at approximately 7:40 p.m. The annual fundraiser supports the ongoing mission of the Whiteman BCC to strengthen relationships between the base and surrounding communities while assisting Airmen and their families.
This year’s event will feature a hybrid format, allowing participants to bid both in person and online during a live, simulcast auction. Those unable to attend in person can take part remotely through Oldham Auctions, which will stream live video of presentations and real-time auctioneer calls.
Online pre-bidding is available ahead of the event for anyone wishing to secure early bids. Participants using mobile devices can download the free “Oldham Auctions” app in their app store, while desktop users are encouraged to access the auction via Google Chrome or Firefox, as Safari and Internet Explorer are not compatible.
For those attending on-site, the event will feature additional auction items available exclusively to in-person bidders. Accepted payment methods include cash, check, or credit card, while online bidders’ credit cards will be automatically charged at the conclusion of the auction.
Please note that shipping will not be available for this event. Online winners can pick up their purchases at the Warrensburg Chamber of Commerce, located at 100 S. Holden St., Warrensburg, Missouri.
