Elect Chairperson and Acting Chairperson

2. Public Hearing:

The Clinton Board of Adjustment will conduct a Public Hearing on November 10, 2025 at 5:30 p.m. at City Hall, 105 E. Ohio Street. The Board of Adjustment will review an application by Matt Lowe. The applicant requests a variance for 401 N Vansant Road, to allow for a front yard fence taller than four feet and for the construction of a pond.
