Ray Clark, 34, was arrested at 9:54 a.m. on felony charges including Sexual Misconduct Involving a Child Under 15, Enticement or Attempted Enticement of a Child, and Exploitation or Attempted Exploitation of a Minor.

Dakota Foster, 32, was taken into custody at 3:38 p.m. for Driving While Suspended/Revoked and No Turn Signal Violation.
