Sedalia’s Liberty Park Pond Closed to Trout Fishing this Winter

The pond has been drained by the Sedalia Parks and Recreation Department for cleaning purposes.

SEDALIA, Mo. – Liberty Park Pond in Sedalia will be closed to trout fishing this winter. The Sedalia Parks and Recreation Department has drained the pond for maintenance. They will replace the concrete shoreline around the water and dredge out accumulated silt on the bottom of the pond.
