
A Clinton man has been charged following a police investigation into allegations of long-term sexual abuse involving a child.
According to a probable cause statement filed by the Clinton Police Department, 34-year-old Ray Thomas Clark was taken into custody after detectives conducted interviews and reviewed evidence related to the case. The reported incidents occurred at a private residence in Clinton between 2016 and October 2025. Charges include Child Molestation in the 1st Degree (Felony A, RSMo 566.067) and Enticement or Attempted Enticement of a Child (Actor 21 years of age or older and child less than 17 years of age — Felony Unclassified, RSMo 566.151).
Detective Bobby Osman of the Clinton Police Department submitted the probable cause statement to the Henry County Circuit Court on October 30, 2025.
Clark is facing multiple felony charges. The investigation remains ongoing, and no further information has been released at this time.
