The Henry County Commission is seeking sealed proposals from qualified painting contractors to complete a series of improvement projects at two key county facilities in Clinton.
The first project includes exterior painting, sealing, caulking and related work for the Henry County Sheriff’s Office. Contractors will be responsible for providing all labor, materials, equipment, and supervision necessary to complete the job.
Additionally, the County is accepting sealed proposals for an Interior Painting Project at the Henry County Courthouse. The scope of work includes preparation and painting of walls, trim, and concrete floors within designated areas of the building. Alternate bids will also be accepted for painting interior acoustical ceilings, hanging and finishing drywall, and installing baseboard.
All work must follow the official Paint Specification and Bid Form, which can be downloaded from the County’s website. Interested contractors should review the full documents prior to submitting a proposal.
