Residents served by Henry County Public Water Supply District #4 can now safely return to normal water use. Officials announced that the precautionary boil advisory has been lifted following satisfactory test results and confirmation that the water system is once again safe.
The advisory, which was issued earlier this week due to concerns within the district’s water system, required customers to boil water for drinking, cooking, and food preparation. After conducting multiple rounds of testing, the district confirmed that all samples met state safety standards.
Customers no longer need to boil their water before use. Henry County PWSD #4 thanks residents for their patience and cooperation during the advisory period. Anyone with additional questions may contact the district directly for further information.
